1 = NOT AWARE

• Bury head in sand and don’t look beyond your existence in this world

• Nothing is going on

2 = PARTIALLY AWARE 

• Something is going on but don't know or care what it is

• Don't need to worry because things will get back to normal soon

• “Nothing to see here”

3 = AWARE BUT INACTIVE

• Recognize evil overtly working around us

• Don't believe in spiritual warfare or that Christians are commissioned to combat it 

4 = AWARE AND DETERMINED

• Recognize evil 

• Motivated to do everything to combat it to ensure a good future in this world  

5 = AWARE AND ACCEPTING 

• Recognize evil 

• Christians confront it while knowing God's future plans will transpire -- in His timing, exactly as prophesied in Scripture
